1. General Policy
Due to the nature of digital assets and market-based pricing, all purchases of digital gold and silver are generally final and non-refundable once completed.
By completing a transaction, you acknowledge that:
- Prices fluctuate in real-time based on market conditions
- Orders are executed immediately
- Transactions cannot be reversed after confirmation
2. Order Cancellation (Before Execution)
You may cancel an order only if it has not yet been executed.
Once an order is processed and the digital asset is allocated to your account:
- It cannot be canceled or refunded
3. Yield Program Commitments
When you enroll in a yield (fixed-term) plan:
- Your funds are locked for the selected duration (1, 3, 6, or 12 months)
- Early cancellation is not permitted, unless explicitly stated
- No refunds are issued during the active term
At the end of the term, you may:
- Withdraw your funds
- Continue holding your assets
- Reinvest into another plan
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in limited cases, such as:
- Duplicate transactions
- Technical errors on our platform
- Unauthorized transactions (subject to investigation)
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
5. Crypto Payments
If payments are made using cryptocurrency:
- Transactions are irreversible

6. Processing Fees
Any applicable fees (including payment processing or blockchain fees) may be:
- Non-refundable, even in approved refund cases

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
- Account suspension or termination
- Legal action if fraudulent activity is suspected
